1. Services Eligibility for Refund

Due to the nature of digital and creative services, refunds are only provided under the following conditions:

  • If a project has not yet been started after payment.
  • If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services within the specified timeline and no alternative arrangement is made.
  • If a technical error on our end prevents us from completing the service.

2. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Change of mind after services have started.
  • Delays caused by client-side factors (e.g., late responses, incomplete requirements, or unavailable assets).
  • Work that has been partially or fully delivered.
  • Customized or personalized services already completed.

3. Refund Process

  • Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days from approval.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

4. Project Revisions & Alternatives

Instead of a refund, we may offer:

  • Project revisions and modifications to meet your expectations.
  • A credit balance that can be used for future services with Mixcorp.
